The Amazfit Bip 3 was first introduced in Brazil over two weeks ago, and it is now available globally, along with the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro, at a competitive price and with enhanced functionality.

The main difference between the two smartwatches is that the Pro model has a built-in GPS receiver. Multiple health and activity sensors are included in the smartwatch, as well as over 60 sports modes such as running, walking, and cycling.

The specifications of the Amazfit Bip 3, Bip 3 Pro:

Both Bip 3 variants use 1.69" TFT touchscreens with a pixel density of 218PPI and a resolution of 240x280 pixels. The company was able to reduce the thickness of the two models by approximately a couple of millimeters while shrinking the side bezels. A silicone quick-release strap and a conventional pin buckle are featured on the wearables. There is only one button on the dials, which are made of tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating. Despite the larger screen and battery, each wearable is quite light, weighing only 33 grams.

They have BioTracker 2 PPG biometric sensors and can monitor heart rate and stress 24 hours a day, in addition to blood oxygen levels (SpO2). If the smartwatch detects an abnormal heart rate level, it will send you a health reminder. You may also track your activities in over 60 different sports modes. The 280 mAh batteries in both wearables are good for up to 14 days of normal use.

The biggest difference between the two is the Bip 3 Pro's built-in GPS, which supports four satellites. It also has a tough central frame, comparable to the more rugged Amazfit T-Rex 2 smartwatch, that allows users to use it when swimming in open water. The rest of the features are nearly comparable, including the 5 ATM rating and strap compatibility with a 20 mm width. Both watches link to any Android 7.0+ and iOS 12.0+ mobile via the Zepp app.

Users can connect their smartwatch to the Zepp mobile app to track data and analysis outcomes. You can also use the app to get notifications, listen to music, and manage your camera.

The pricing and availability of the Amazfit Bip 3, Bip 3 Pro:

The Amazfit Bip 3 pricing and availability in India have yet to be announced globally, however Amazfit's India website has a "Coming Soon" page for both the Bip 3 and Bip 3 Pro. Globally, the Bip 3 costs $59.99 (about Rs. 4,700), while the GPS-enabled Bip 3 Pro costs $69.99. (roughly Rs. 5,500).

The Bip 3 will come in three colors: black, blue, and pink, while the Bip 3 Pro will come in three colors: black, cream, and pink. Amazon India has also featured the Amazfit Bip 3, hinting that it would be available soon.

The Bip 3 and 3 Pro, on the other hand, are missing the microphone that allows Alexa voice control.
