Motorola's new Edge 20 line-up of phones has been confirmed globally — and while we won't be receiving the midrange Edge 20 in the United States, we will be getting a very similar model known as the Edge, with pre-orders starting on August 23. Here's everything we know so far about each device in this range, including how much they'll likely to cost you.

Motorola Edge 20 Lite:

The Edge 20 Lite, which is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 5G CPU with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is expected to be the most affordable of the new Edge 20 series. Like the other phones in this line-up, has a 6.7-inch full HD+ display.

It is reported that to include three back cameras: a 108MP main camera, a 16MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP lens, as well as a 32MP front-facing selfie camera. With a 5,000mAh battery and 30-watt rapid charging, this is believed to be the most powerful of the bunch.

Motorola Edge 20:

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chip will power the Edge 20, which will have 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. Under the hood, there's a 6.7-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The Edge 20 is expected to have the same camera setup as the Edge 20 Lite.

It has a 4,000mAh battery, which is smaller than the Edge 20 Lite's battery. This phone will not be available in the United States or Canada; instead, the new Motorola Edge will be available in late August – more on that later.

Motorola Edge 20 Pro:

The Edge 20 Pro is the flagship model in the Edge 20 family, having a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. It will include a 6.7-inch full HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, just like the other two phones in the series, giving high-end gaming phones a run for their money.

A 108MP camera with 5x optical zoom, an 8MP telephoto camera, and a 16MP ultrawide camera are among the cameras on offer. It's the only model in the series that can capture 8K video at 24 frames per second, while the others shoot in 4K. The battery has a capacity of 4,500mAh and allows Turbo-Power fast charging at 30 watts.

Motorola Edge Availability and Sale:

The new Edge will be available for pre-order on August 23, and will be available for purchase on September 2. You can get the Edge for $500 for a short time, saving $200 off the regular price of $700. In the United States, you can obtain an unlocked handset that works with all carriers from Best Buy, Amazon, B&H Photo, and Motorola. Customers in Canada can expect to see the product in the coming months as well.

You can still report messages to Facebook if required, according to the company.
