Realme Laptop and Tablet Rumoured To Launch Alongside Realme GT 5G on June 15

Realme is known for its wide range of mobile segment all over the globe. Last year, Realme started its venture into a variety of IoT product segments such as SmartWatch, True wireless buds, Pocket Bluetooth speakers, etc. On the 15th of June, Realme is conducting a launch event to unveil the new Realme GT smartphone. Alongside the phone, the company is expected to release a new laptop and tablet, broadening its product line into new categories.

Madhav Sheth, Realme's CEO for India and Europe, has released a new teaser previewing the launch of the new products. The teaser hints that a laptop and a tablet will be unveiled during the Realme GT launch event. The same launch event will also see the global debut of Realme GT 5G with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Processor.

Realme's new laptop has been sighted in photos that offer us a decent look at what could be released in India soon. The laptop will be known as the Realme Book, and it will be greatly influenced by Apple's MacBook lineup. The grey-colored aluminium body and narrow bezels are also visible in the teased photographs. The laptop is rumoured to have a 3:2 aspect ratio display and a charging USB Type-C connector. To compete with Xiaomi, Asus, and Acer, Realme may keep the devices in the affordable segment.

In addition, the Chinese company is slated to release a tablet named Realme Pad, which has yet to be seen in the flesh. A image of the sides, on the other hand, provides us a hint as to what to expect.

As previously said, the Realme GT 5G will be unveiled at a worldwide event after making its debut in China in March 2021. The 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display on the China model of the Realme GT 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate. A 64-megapixel primary shooter (Sony IMX682), an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens make up the triple rear camera configuration. A 16-megapixel camera is hidden inside the hole-punch cutout on the front for selfies and video calling. The phone has a 4,500mAh battery that can charge at 65W using the USB Type-C connector.

On June 15, the Realme GT 5G worldwide launch event will commence at 5.30 p.m. IST.
